The staff of Hematology Oncology of Salem knew that part of offering compassionate cancer care was to make helpful information available to family members and patients, especially those recently diagnosed with cancer.
The clinic staff often received kudos from patients for their caring demeanor, but they did not have a brand identity and supporting materials to reflect that attitude.
After interviewing several patients and staff members, we developed a new brand identity, collateral materials, and designed a multimedia website to share the clinic’s survivor stories in an authentic and compassionate manner. The website also made it easy for new patients to learn what to expect on their first visits, possible side effects of treatments, and other information important to patients who are battling cancer and the family members who are supporting them.
