We designed the campaign and collateral pieces to introduce the Chamber’s newly structured membership program. Using imagery and language that communicated growth and upward movement, the “Step Up” campaign successfully captured the imagination of business leaders who embraced the new membership structure as a tool to take their businesses to new levels.
Beautiful photography featuring steps of actual chamber members’ businesses added to the local nature of the program and illustrated the diversity and vitality of the membership in the community. Five different program levels were developed, each with corresponding and clearly defined benefits. The Step Up concept helped staff and board members easily communicate the new structure and its advantages. During the first enrollment period after initiating the Step Up campaign, chamber dues increased by 25%
